Payment
What a consultation costs
Each doctor sets their own fee according to their specialty and experience. You always see the exact amount before you confirm anything.
- When you pay
- At the point of booking, after the fee is shown to you. The appointment is only held once payment goes through.
- How you pay
- By Khalti or by card. A receipt stays in your account alongside the appointment.
- Follow-ups and refunds
- If a doctor cannot attend, you are refunded. Everything else is covered by the terms.

Doctors are verified before they can practise here
Every doctor submits their Nepal Medical Council registration number and supporting documents, and an administrator reviews them before the doctor can accept a single appointment.
Your records belong to your account
Prescriptions, clinical notes, lab results and vitals are visible to you and to the doctors you consult. They are not sold, and they are not shared for advertising.
You know the price before you pay
The consultation fee appears before you confirm a booking. Payment is handled by Khalti or by card, and a receipt is kept in your account.
There is a person to complain to
If a consultation goes wrong, write to us and a human will read it. Our obligations and yours are set out in the terms.
